Cancellations

To cancel a booking, you must inform us by:

contacting our team by emailing finance@strategicalpha.in

You must clearly state your intention to cancel the booking in your email. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Refunds

Cancellations received within 14 days of booking the course will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunded fees can be transferred to another course of the same type by contacting our team by emailing finance@strategicalpha.in
